03How can I judge the actual texture?
This page shows a texture illustration. Before ordering, we will show you a physical sample to assess the relief and colour in your lighting.
04Can I order installation too?
We discuss printing, installation, the wall’s condition and surface preparation. All details are agreed before work starts.

+ 04 — WALL PREPARATIONA GOOD RESULT STARTS WITH THE BASE+
First,
prepare
the surface.
Even beautiful artwork needs a good base. Here is what to check before installation.
All wall-preparation guides01Remove the old finish
Remove old wallpaper, flaking paint and any loose coatings. The base must be clean and dry.
02Level the surface
Repair cracks and noticeable unevenness, then level the wall with filler. Allow it to dry fully before sanding.
03Sanding
Once the filler is dry, sand the wall with sandpaper or sanding mesh to remove ridges and unevenness.
04Dust removal
After sanding, thoroughly remove dust with a vacuum or dry brush. The base must be clean before priming.
05Priming
Apply a suitable deep-penetrating primer with a roller or brush and allow it to dry completely. Allow roughly 7–12 hours; follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the exact time and room conditions.
06Show the wall to the installer
Send a photo of the wall. Before installation, we will discuss its condition, preparation and a suitable material.
