How can I judge the actual texture?

This page shows a texture illustration. Before ordering, we will show you a physical sample to assess the relief and colour in your lighting.

+ 04 — WALL PREPARATIONA GOOD RESULT STARTS WITH THE BASE

First,
prepare
the surface.

Even beautiful artwork needs a good base. Here is what to check before installation.

Remove the old finish

Remove old wallpaper, flaking paint and any loose coatings. The base must be clean and dry.

Level the surface

Repair cracks and noticeable unevenness, then level the wall with filler. Allow it to dry fully before sanding.

Sanding

Once the filler is dry, sand the wall with sandpaper or sanding mesh to remove ridges and unevenness.

Dust removal

After sanding, thoroughly remove dust with a vacuum or dry brush. The base must be clean before priming.

Priming

Apply a suitable deep-penetrating primer with a roller or brush and allow it to dry completely. Allow roughly 7–12 hours; follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the exact time and room conditions.
